IAPA Accredited Au Pair Agencies

A primary concern for people looking to find either jobs related to Au Pair is their protection and assurance that the agency that will handle their employment is duly recognized and accredited by the IAPA. IAPA means International Au Pair Association.

This is the international agency that is globally recognized on qualified Au Pair agencies and companies who are actively working withing the jurisdiction of the Au Pair industry. IAPA's main purpose is to protect the rights of all au pairs and their family hosts using internationally recognized guidelines in implementing au pair exchange programs in different countries.

The IAPA intends to do this mission with the active participation via implementation of standard regulations to follow by agencies recruiting for au pair jobs. These standards are by the way set as professional guidelines and is duly recognizable in countries who are enrolled in the au pair exchange programme.
